Ernst Heinrichs (1913 -1972) was a German landscape painter, graphic artist and art teacher. In his paintings, silver birches are a frequent motif. Heinrichs painted mostly north Germany and Mecklenburg. He schooled in Essen, then he finished art college and university studies in Dusseldorf, Leipzig, Berlin and Cologne.Heinrichs participated in exhibitions in Koblenz, Montabaur, Neuwied, Weissenthurm, Siegen, Baden-Baden, Prum, Nevers (France), Spa (Belgium). He was working as art teacher and graphic artist in Koblenz and joined collective exhibitions in Lloret de Mar (Spain) and Koblenz.
